Kevin A. Brown, PMP — President

Mr. Brown has over nineteen years of management consulting experience providing strategic planning, project management, business analysis, systems planning, procurement, feasibility studies, independent verification and validation (IV&V), quality assurance, and process mapping.

Mr. Brown is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is professionally certified in Health Information Technology (HIT) as well as Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Mr. Brown has extensive experience in the healthcare and health and human services industry for the public and private sector. He has managed or been part of teams implementing large healthcare programs, including but not limited to the Affordable Care Act, Medicare Part D, and the Health Care Decision Support System (HCDSS) for CalPERS; Medicaid Health Enrollment Contracts for the States of California, Texas, Michigan, New Jersey, Georgia, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and CHAMPUS/TRICARE programs for California/Hawaii and Oregon/Washington.

Some of Kevin's previous positions include the Director of Business and Information Systems for the Government Operations Group at Maximus Inc., Manager of Foundation Health Federal Services Government Information Systems, and Senior Consultant for Price Waterhouse. Kevin holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University Sacramento.
